On June 5, 2025, Titan America SA (the “Company”) announced that it would change its business address and mailing address to 1000 Bruxelles, Place Sainte-Gudule 14, Belgium, effective May 12, 2025 (“Change of Address”). The Company has published a notice of the Change of Address in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette to announce the Change of Address, which is included as an exhibit herein.
