Tarmac America becomes Titan Florida LLC

NORFOLK, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Titan officials are pleased to announce today that their Florida business has a new name. The company formerly known as Tarmac America is now officially called Titan Florida LLC. The old Tarmac green and yellow logo has been replaced with a new blue and gray logo.

“Our new name reflects the Titan brand and spirit, as well as our unique identity as proud residents of the Sunshine State,” stated Pat Borders, Florida Business Unit President. “We have worked hard over the past two years to refocus our efforts – particularly in the areas of safety, service and quality. Company officials stress that ownership of the company has not changed; Federal and State Tax ID numbers remain the same. Customers can reach Titan Florida representatives at the same phone numbers and addresses as before. Specifications and certifications made out to Tarmac will still be valid.
